I bought (again!) another spectacular item from my favorite shop! Just arrived in my hand, the leather smell comes out immediately and take me with memories to their shop in England that I have had the opportunity to visit last January when I was in London ( to be honest I went there just to buy my cafe racer 76 jacket 😀). Absolutely satisfied about general construction and attention to details. As usual I would say. One thing I really appreciate is the simple and clear shipping policy for EU citizens. No hidden cost. All paid in advance. Great customer service. Fast delivery. What else. I really recommend the shop.

Very nice quality jacket, badass look. Fits perfectly, snug like a motorcycle jacket should. Many thanks for the advice when I called in for advice on sizing. At 194 cm height and 86 Kg size 44 is perfect. Also a big shoutout to customer support for being so helpful when there was a problem with the courier.

A lovely magnetic tank bag that converts to be worn on a belt or via a shoulder strap when off the bike. Great heavy duty canvas with substantial leather detailing. The inside is lined and even has a pouch for glasses etc. Perfect size for keeping a mobile telephone and wallet. This is a lovely match with my Royal Enfield Canvas panniers and looks spot on on my Royal Enfield Classic 350. A quality and stylish solution to keeping things out of your pockets when riding.

I already have a lot of articles from Goldtop so am fortunately aware of the high quality. This jacket ratchets everything up though, so warm, comfortable and stylish. The brassware and zips are faultless and substantial and the sheepskin shearling lining hugs you in a wonderful embrace. This obviously does not have armour fitted but so what, that is just a modern fad and can be solved by wearing an armoured undergarment if you so desire. I shall ride my motorbikes with just this jacket, the lining and outer leather shell will be more than I require in forms of protection. Truly a piece of clothing art.

The gloves are fantastic. The shipping was incredibly fast from UK to US - faster than the US Mail.

I was very excited to purchase a 1958 Goldtop jacket and viewed it as an investment in a premium piece of riding gear. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing both in terms of customer service and product quality.

When the jacket first arrived, I was sent the wrong size (44 instead of the 42 I ordered), despite having previously discussed sizing to make sure I chose the correct fit. Considering the jacket had to be shipped internationally, this was already frustrating and inconvenient. Communication during this time was also quite slow, with long delays between email replies.

When I first tried installing the armour, the Velcro immediately caught the polyester lining and ripped it, which was very surprising for a product marketed as a premium, handcrafted jacket.

Eventually I received the correct size at the start of December. During the exchange, I was told there would be a small goodwill addition included with the replacement jacket for the inconvenience, but this was never included when it arrived.

Because it was the middle of summer in Melbourne and I was also away travelling for nearly two months, I didn’t begin wearing the jacket properly until recently. After only a handful of rides, I discovered that both cuffs now have holes in the lining, with long threads coming loose and the stitching clearly starting to unravel.

This level of wear after such minimal use is honestly appalling for a jacket at this price point. I had very high expectations for a brand with Goldtop’s reputation and heritage, but the combination of slow communication, the initial sizing mistake, the missing goodwill gesture, and the poor durability of the lining has made this a very disappointing purchase.

Wanted one of these for years, I’ve owned my Goldtop gauntlet’s for quite a while and the quality is second to none so I knew the patrol jacket would be the same, Charlie sorted me the very last one in my size in the shop which I was very grateful for so 5***** all round for Goldtop.👍

Many moons ago, late 70's I bought what was then considered the epitome of bike jackets, a Lewis Leathers. It lived up to its reputation in every department and I only parted with it when I grew out of it. I have since then owned quite a few jackets but never been really comfortable with any of them until now. This jacket is superb in every respect and the quality is beyond compare, I had long ago forgotten what it felt like to put a jacket on and feel it become a part of me as this one does. Goldtop is now my go to for riding gear.

Exceptional quality. The leather is very supple and of excellent quality. The coat is a bit heavy, but that's to be expected with this level of quality. The size chart is accurate. If you prefer a looser fit, choose a size up. The zipper takes some getting used to; it's a little tricky to zip up at first. Again, the zipper is of very high quality, as are the snap buttons. This coat is also very warm. It's an excellent purchase.

Wanted one for many years , finally found this one at Goldtop. By far the best one I've come across! 10/10 for quality. 10/10 for fit. Well worth the money and the 2 hour drive down to the shop. The staff were very helpful.

Impresionante chaqueta de cuero estilo RAF. Rematada con absoluto esmero, cuero de alta calidad. Caliente y actual. Tallan amplio, recomendada una talla inferior a la que os correspondería para un mayor ajuste al cuerpo. Me correspondía la 38” y cogí la 36” y perfecta

The microfibres sponge unfortunately was not labeled and looked just like foam packing - so it got thrown away with the wrapping........
Maybe worth putting a label on it for fools like me.

I have this jacket in BRG already, and am very pleased. Same here, great color, unusual. Top quality, great value for money, as always.

The jacket is superb but even after buying a 52" I find I'm so big in the butt that I can't do up the zip. Never mind, I bought it to use in my Pembleton three-wheeler and Morgan four-wheeler so it's not so important now the weather's getting warmer and I'm determined to lose a couple of inches ready for next winter. Overall I'm very pleased as I have been with all the other Goldtop products I have bought over the years for use in my Morgan. I'm sorry that the picture's of the little car and not the jacket but the jacket is almost as big as it and I'm so fat I block out the light.

Superb coat: top quality materials and manufacture, very warm and comfortable, and with decent sized, zipped pockets. Not cheap but excellent value for money.
