1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Goldtop and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Period:
The competition will run from July 15th, 2024, to September 30th, 2024. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM GMT on September 30th, 2024.
3. How to Enter:
• Use the form above to submit your photos or videos. Alternatively, submit by emailing marketing@goldtop.co.uk, using “Photo Competition Summer 2024 Entry” as your subject line. 4. Submission Requirements:
• All entries must feature Goldtop gear.
• By entering, participants confirm they own the copyright to their submissions, or have permission from the copyright holder.
5. Permissions:
• By entering the competition, you grant Goldtop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display your submitted photos and videos on our social media channels, website, and other promotional materials.
• You acknowledge that your entry may be shared and viewed by the public.
6. Judging Criteria:
• Entries will be judged based on many criteria, including quality, creativity, and how well they show Goldtop products.
• A panel of judges from Goldtop will select the winner.
7. Prize:
• The winner will receive a Goldtop jacket of their choice.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Winner Announcement:
• The winner will be announced on Goldtop’s social media channels by October 15th, 2024.
• The winner will also be contacted via email.
9. General Conditions:
• Goldtop reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.
• By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Goldtop, its employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of any prize.
10. Privacy:
• Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Goldtop, which are final and binding in all respects.
