The leatherwork is impeccable and the Merino wool is plush and warm. Wind protection is excellent and the wool allows for warm air circulation. The aesthetic is spot on and the traditional craftsmanship is beautiful to look at. The gloves do require some wearing in as the leather is quite heavy-duty, and putting them on over winter jacket sleeves is a bit of a mission. They also don't offer any protection from rain due to the stitched seems in the leather but I try to avoid that anyway. All in all, is say on very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants authentic, classic gloves that keep your hands from going blue this winter.
Very high quality and warm, I can only use them with my Brandy style leather jacked though (which is the main jacket I bought them to use with due to its wide openings on the cuffs which allowed draughts up the sleeve in colder weather) as they won’t go over the top of my other leather jacket sleeves and are too long to try and get under the jacket. I think for most riders Goldtops merino wool lined gloves would be a better choice
