orders
where is my order?
If you have ordered with FedEx or DHL shipping, you can find your tracking number in your confirmation email. Orders sent via Royal Mail 48 do not have tracking information but will usually be delivered within 2-4 working days. If it has been 7 working days or longer, please contact us on info@goldtop.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
How do i exchange my order?
In your order, there will be a returns slip. Simply complete the slip with the correct colour/size/style you wish to exchange for and send it back to us. We'll amend and resend!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Please note that there may be additional import duties, taxes, and clearance fees required to be paid before delivery is attempted.
Will i need to pay taxes and duties when ordering from the EU?
For all orders which have a delivery address within the EU, we dispatch via a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means that we collect any applicable Duties or Taxes at the Point of Sale during checkout, resulting in no additional charges or unnecessary delays ahead of delivery. You simply have to wait to take delivery of your goods after the order has been processed!
Materials & Warranty
How long is the warranty for?
All Goldtop products come with a one-year warranty on manufacturing and materials as standard, with the cost of any replacement metalware covered for the life of the product. Our products are built-to-last, and have been designed and constructed to keep you safe for many years and many many miles. For any jackets bought directly through us or one of our Official Stockists, we also offer an extended twelve months guarantee from the date of purchase following completion of the form on the warranty page.
What type of leather do you use?
We use a variety of different leathers, including cowhide, sheepskin and deerskin. Each leather is tanned and dyed in a particular way to provide the best final characteristics for our product needs.
What 'CE' Rating are your leather jackets?
All of our leather motorcycle jackets are CE "AAA" Rated with the exception of the RAF Sheepskin Jacket. Class AAA - The highest level of protection, against the highest level of risks. You can discover more on our CE Ratings on our "CE Certification" page.

Do you make custom jackets?
Yes we do! If you have an idea for a bespoke jacket, or want one of our current designs altering, send us an email with your requirements to info@goldtop.co.uk and we can discuss your needs.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes we do! We have a Goldtop store in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, England. We do also have stock in several stockists all over the world. You can check your nearest location on our "Stockist Locator" page.
Do you offer NHS Discounts?
Yes we do! Please email us at info@goldtop.co.uk with your Blue Light Card (or equivalent) for a discount on your order.
