    THE ADD BUTTON IS DELIBERATELY QUIET. It sits inside a product card that is
    itself a link, under the title, the price and the colour swatches, and it is
    one of up to seven on a screen. An outline button in the site's own ink
    reads as a control without competing with the card it belongs to, and leaves
    the gold for the one button that takes the money.

    z-index: 2 IS LOAD BEARING. a.grid-product__link carries a ::after at
    inset 0 with z-index 1 covering the whole card. Without this the button is
    painted underneath it and every real tap navigates to the product page
    instead - the same trap the swatch row fell into, which is why
    .gt-rec-swatches carries the identical pair of declarations.
